• Requirements (to make sure youre healthy!)
  include labs, monthly weigh-in/meeting with Lisa
  or Cindy, attend 6 classes per year

• How do I join?
• Fill out a packet.
• Get your FASTING labs completed
• For meals, let Cindy know you want to participate
  at least ONE day in advance
• Meet with Lisa about your goals (personalized
  service!)
