- 40-50 eligible to retire by 2010
- Feb 2007 CNY labor force 1.1 less than one year
ago - In 2004, population in the 20-34 age range fell
27.2 in Onondaga County - 70 of future jobs will require beyond HS
education - NYS reported 67 graduation rates in 2004 50
of African Americans, and 15 of Hispanic
students in the upstate urban cohort graduated - In CNY the availability of a skilled workforce is
a deciding factor in business attraction
