  • Awardees will utilize competency based education
    and training programs for adult and pediatric
    health care personnel responding to a terrorist
    incident.

FY 04 Program Evaluation
  • Minimum Levels of Readiness
  • Established as a means to ultimately achieve
    critical benchmarks.
  • All critical benchmarks must be achieved by the
    end of the project period (August 31, 2007).
  • If the Minimal Level of Readiness has been
    achieved, awardees will submit the required
    documents as outlined.
  • Awardees will then propose further activities
    that will enhance the current capabilities of the
    awardee.
