Customer Care Technical Trainer
You will join a fast-growing company, market
leader in providing high speed Internet access to
the hotel industry. You will be responsible for
Customer Care technical and product training and
information management. Your Responsibilities Res
ponsible for Customer Care Information Management
through elaboration, diffusion and continuous
updating of training programs and manuals for
Customer Care and Technical Agents Train new
staff and outsourcing teams Organize training
sessions for agents and technical experts at
request from Team Leaders Develop, organize and
update Information Management portal Participate
in training provided by other company units to
ensure documentation updating and know-how
transfer into Customer Care Integrate procedures
from other company units into CC documentation
and know-how transfer Your Skills and
Experience Bachelor's degree (or equivalent
experience) in Computer Science or
Telecommunications Outstanding written and spoken
English Extremely well organized, structured
thinking, rigorous and professional Excellent
training and presentation skills and previous
training or coaching experience Customer Service
experience in computer helpdesk, telephony, or
other telecommunications technical
support Excelent working knowledge of Operating
Systems, Access Networks and Transmission
systems, as well as TCP/IP and PC networking
concepts Excellent PC skills, namely Excel and
PowerPoint You enjoy working autonomously in a
dynamic international environment where customer
satisfaction is the driver. Whats more, you are
dynamic and at the same time self-motivated and a
team player.
