gt Overall objective
  • Overall objective of the project was to establish
National Emission Inventory System (NEIS) that
    will
  • facilitate development, implementation and
evaluation of environmental policy at different
    national and sectorial levels,
  • ensure timely reporting of emission inventories
in accordance with national and international
    requirements and commitments, and
  • strengthen capacities of stakeholders in the
    decision-making process by providing complete,
    transparent and consistent environmental
    information.
