Robot Control GUI

• Two GUIs, really
• The "debug" GUI models very closely the commands
  available through the BASIC Stamp. The user
  selects parameters and then clicks on a button to
  issue a command.
• The "game" GUI provides (or will provide) a set
  of simple game-like controls for moving the robot
  and its cameras, issuing commands in a stream
  based on feedback from devserv.
