OPPORTUNITY SUMMARY FOR 2003
Friday, January 10, 2003 Based on the feedback
we have received from Pax River MWR and from you,
our marketing partners and benefactors, we have
devised some new options for your participation
in the show. These include various size
hospitality configurations which we feel will
more greatly promote opportunities for networking
and be available at an affordable price. This
more streamlined system will allow for
unrestricted access to and from your designated
chalet areas for all VIP guests by utilizing a
common access area. Location priority will be
determined on a first come-first served basis and
by level of investment in the show. Most
importantly, we have secured a memo from the
Staff Judge Advocate ensuring that your
activities at the show under these various
partner options are within DoD guidelines (see
enclosed). This should eliminate any and all
concerns over potential ethics rules violations
pertaining to your involvement in the air show
and the ability to network with DoD
employees. The enclosed pricing and options are
completely identical to the proposal many of you
received several months ago for the 2002 show,
which hopefully means that you have had a
sufficient amount of time to consider the options
available to you and can make the necessary
decisions without having to spend additional time
considering all new options and pricing. The
2003 Pax River Air Expo is scheduled for the
weekend of May 24-25, 2003 and will feature the
U.S. Navy Blue Angels. Our goal is to provide
the best possible experience for your company and
to maximize your investment in the event. We
appreciate your continued support of the Pax
River Air Expo.

  • Banner placement at up to one (1) location
    inside Pax River Community VIP area. Banner to be
    provided by sponsor. ASN to provide chalet
    entrance banner with sponsor logo.
  • Twenty-five (25) complimentary show programs for
    your guests.
  • One (1) 10 X 10 space in trade show area
    (includes two (2) tables and 2 chairs).
  • Bronze Level Chalet may be shared by two
    companies, if desired, provided that the
    agreement is with one company. That company may
    split the benefits as it sees fit, however only
    one company may occupy the trade show area space.
    The additional banner for the chalet area will be
    billed at a cost of 250 for the second company.
