tradition)

• Hadith can not be utilized without companion of
  fiqh other wise it becomes useless , as holding
  scripts and memorizing it

  interpret hadith according to their own opinion

  foundations because it is derived from Quran and
  sunnah)

• Literally comprehension fiqh
• Terminology it means to deduce the sacred rules
  from its detailed evidences without FIQH
  fundamentals (( jurisprudential knowledge) rules

• FIQH FUNDEMENTALS is to have a knowledge about
  the rules and criteria that through it can deduce
  the evidences

• Originally every issue in fiqh is an obligatory
  unless there is some rule which deviate it into
  recommended or permissible
• ( but when you finish the ihram you may hunt )
  surat 5 al- maidah
• It means that it is permissible
• Allah say (O YOU WHO BELIEVES! KILL NOT THE GAME
  WHILE YOU ARE IN A STATE OF IHRAM (FOR HAJJ OR
  UMRAH (PIGRIMAGE) SURAT 5 AL MAIDAH 95
• An issue give you permissible but not obligation
  because it comes after prohibition
• and seek the bounty of Allah by working it
  gives that it is permissible but not obligatory
  because it come after obligation and leave off
  business and every other thing surat al jumuah

WHO IS FAQEEH ( SCHOLAR IN FIQH )

• . define FAQEEH as a person who has the ability
  to deduce the evidences through injunctive
  sacred ruling

Who he does not have the ability to deduce or to
Endeavour from the scripts at least he should
not add his personal opinion even more illiterate
is better than him

  knowledge) rules , prophetic traditions and the
  evidences from Quran and Hadith ( ordinances )
  specially in Quran

  rhetorical patterns

• The idea here if we are going to understand
  the whole subject we need to know the tiny part
  of it so understand Quran you need to learn
  Arabic and its vocabulary also the pattern of its
  grammar due to Arabic is the language of Quran so
  how any person try to uncover Allah's rulings on
  issues from their sources without having any
  abilities or qualification to recognize
  Obligation , recommended ,prohibited rules from
  the sacred knowledge the previous mentioned are
  called the injunctive ruling but the stipulatory
  ruling it mean to entail that something is made a
  legal reason or another thing ,a condition or
  preventive
• . every student needs to be patient and tolerant
  in order to obtain sacred knowledge
