  • In the Treasure Valley.

Reasons to ChooseMGM Management
  • Based on the needs of those who are serving as
volunteers, we have established a way for the
homeowner to be a volunteer, serve on the board
of directors and still maintain their free time
    to lead a normal life.

3
Enforcement
  • We pride ourselves on the ability to collect
dues, and enforce the CCRs of your subdivision,
based on the intent of the board of directors.

4
Enforcement
  • We also afford the board of directors full and
complete control of your association. MGM has no
power to do anything in your association without
the approval of the board of directors.

5
Accountability
  • Your board will be given full and complete
reports of your financial condition on a regular
basis. The budgeting process will be completed
and approved by the board, and mailed to each
owner prior to the annual meeting.

6
Accountability
  • MGM MANAGEMENT is your management team based or
    our commitment, communication, and leadership.

7
Volunteer or Slavery?
  • We have found that homeowners who volunteer do so
with the up-most desire to make their homeowners
association a better place to live and to help
maintain the quality of their surroundings.

8
Volunteer or Slavery?
  • The board of directors have monthly meetings to
discuss all matters that need to be addressed.
They will make decisions, and give direction on
letters that will be sent to homeowners based on
    the boards collective opinion.

9
Board Members, or Slavery?
  • Being a volunteer does not mean doing all the
work. Most HOA board of directors have full time
jobs and personal lives. The desire to volunteer
should not mean giving up their free time when a
homeowner wants to talk or discuss legal action
being taken on their property. This should be
the job of MGM management , to be available
during business hours, to answer all questions
    the homeowner may have.
  • MGM management should always be available for the
    board to contact.

10
Why Management?
  • MGM management is your source of information.
MGM will have the resources needed to help the
board make decisions based on the CCRs in your
    subdivision.

11
Why Management?
  • MGM management is a great source for contacts for
items that come up over the year, from repairs to
common area, landscaping contracts, to legal
action. They will help with tracking violations,
collections, and problem areas in the
subdivision. MGM will serve as a source of
information for the homeowners to call if they
    have any question.

12
Who is in control?
  • This is your homeowners association, MGM
Management is hired to serve the homeowner, under
the direction of the board. The association is
run by a majority vote of the quorum. You do
    have power as homeowners.
