    efforts and quality of technical support that
    Americo and Jesus provide to our district's
    schools is of excellence. However, despite their
    quality service, a variety of other contributing
    factors hamper the service that Americo and Jesus
    can offer to our school sites.
  • QUESTION What are the contributing factors that
    hamper the service that IT provides to schools
    and their academic technology needs. Discuss the
    nature of the contributing factors that
    negatively effect the timeliness, efficiency, and
    overall quality of academic technical support to
    districts schools.
