The purpose of the subject centres
  • Support institutions in their strategies for
    improving the student learning experience in the
    relevant subject areas
  • Support and inform the professional development
    of staff teaching in the relevant subject areas
  • Identify and disseminate knowledge of good
    practice in learning and teaching in the
    relevant subject areas
  • Support and promote research and evaluation into
    how to improve the quality of the student
    learning experience in the relevant subject
    areas
