The Mission of PRSSA

Background of PRSSA

• The society was established on November 11, 1967
• The first nine chapters were chartered on April
  4, 1968
• There are currently 230 PRSSA chapters and more
  than 7,000 members nationwide

• Our chapter was chartered in 1985
• Our student-run firm is Public Image
• Currently there are more than 150 active members
  and more than 250 on the e-mail listserv.
