What is videography?
Videography is the art or practice of making
one's own video shows or movies using a video
camera.

What does a Videographer do?
A videographer films and creates videos for
birthday parties, weddings, documentaries court
reporting, news broadcasts,underwater
documentaries etc.. Videographers dont just do
video work they also create slide shows and
photography work etc..

How much does a videographer charge?
This is what an average videographer
charges Home Movies (8mm and Super 8)3"(50ft.)
reel -- 4.005"(200ft) reel -- 10.007"(400ft)
reel -- 17.00A splicing fee of 1.00 will be
charged for each occurrence.

Photographs50 photos -- 40.00Or .80 per

5-6 seconds each. Add 10.00 to all orders for

Basically the training needed to become a
videographer is to have gone to college for at
least four to five years and studied the basics
of videography.

Working conditions for a career in Videography
are constantly changing. You work out side,
inside of homes, in studios, in ball parks, and
if your working on a movie you might even film in
various types of weather, under water, on
mountains etc.
