    reading. They wont feel like theyre missing
    out.
  • Require 15 minutes of Keyboard practice before
    video games.
  • Communicate. Ask what, how, and why questions.
    (They cant be answered in yes or no.)

    ADD and ADHD.
  • Healthy low sugar breakfast improves academic
    performance.
  • Include exercise, sports, household chores in
