OBJECTIVES
  • To perform testing and establish documentation on
    performance of last generation tin-free
anti-fouling paint systems, based on test patches
    on ship in normal operation.
  • Ship owners to participate by offering test ships
    and arrange for test areas.
  • Major suppliers of anti-fouling paint systems to
participate with their last generation tin-free
products, designed for the actual ship and trade.
  • The composition of test ships to be sufficiently
broad to reflect operational conditions for the
world fleet both regarding trades, trading
waters, speed, activity levels, docking intervals
etc, also most demanding operational conditions
for anti-fouling systems to be covered.
