• Afghan Hounds come from Afghanistan.
• They are sight hounds.
• They are also related to the Greyhound.

Grooming

• The Afghan Hound needs a lot of brushing, about
  twice a week.
• They need that much grooming to keep their
  wonderful coat.
• If they do not get proper grooming their long
  silky coat will have to be clipped.

Careers

• A show person.
• A breeder.
• A hunter.
• A vet.
• And a groomer.

What they are like

• They can be overly brave.
• Very, very shy.
• And anywhere in the middle.
