School Technology Leaders

• Setup and transport the portable systems.
• Provide training to their faculty and parents.
• Receive 35-45 hours of training on the
  implementation.
• FY04 - Submit one lesson to ALEX utilizing
  interactive virtual fieldtrips over
  videoconferencing.
• FY05 - ALEX lesson will be a collaborative
  distance learning project with another class.
• Document all activities.

• Interactive Virtual Fieldtrips - 3 per school
• Approximately 85 fieldtrips over the last 4
  weeks.
• FY05
• Schools will have the system for 3 consecutive
  weeks
