the 14th Annual Graduate Boilermaker
Apprenticeship Competition.

Eugene Arsenault in the center, was rewarded the
award of Excellence, by Grant Jacobs National
Training Coordinator on his right and Guy
Villemure, Business Manager of 271. Mr.
Arsenault has been a Boilermaker since 1974, he
has worked on the tools as a welder, foreman,
General Foreman, Superintendent and General
Superintendent and is now the Director for CNC
Construction.

Desmond Mollison 555 was awarded the Donald
Whan/Eugene Arsenault Award of Excellences. While
going to school as a welder a family member who
is a Ironworker was impressed with his skills and
told him he should become a Boilermaker they are
the best welders in the world
