Who is making this offer ?
My name is Valery Shkurinsky. I am a
representative for a New Jersey company called
UCSA, United Community Services of America BWT,
Better World Technologies. BWT designs power
production equipment that is first and foremost,
environmentally non-polluting. UCSA has exclusive
rights to market all the products BWT develops
including, FREE Electricity. We are also
launching automobile engine conversion technology
in Dec 06 that will double the gas mileage of
your current vehicle.

What is this FREE Electricity Program all about ?
The FREE Electricity Program is the brain child
and vision of a man named Dennis Lee. (We also
call it the Company Paid Power Bill) Both BWT
and UCSA and another company, ITEC, International
Tesla Electric Company are privately held
companies founded by Dennis Lee. Lee is the CEO
of all 3 companies, has a very dynamic
personality, is an inventor, entrepreneur and a
committed Christian. Dennis Lee has a lot of
controversy surrounding him. This is due to the
revolutionary nature of his stated goal in life
to bring FREE electricity to the world. More
specifically, to supply the power needs of the
planet without burning things that pollute it and
to produce power very inexpensively.

Why the controversy ?
Because any time you challenge an established
system, the powers that be will resist that
change. Lee has challenged coal suppliers and
electric producers to find a better way to supply
electricity. Instead of embracing the inventions
he offered them, they manipulated governmental
authority to shut him down. Lee was bankrupted
and put in prison for 2 years back in 1988. He
eventually had his day in court and successfully
proved he could produce FREE electricity. He was
released and exonerated but his reputation had
been tarnished. Special interest has succeeded in
squashing this technology for almost 20 yrs. Lee
rebuilt his businesses over the last 16 years and
has about 600 dealers like myself working with
him. He believes GOD has told him to go directly
to Christian people to see if they would receive
this gift from GOD. The problem now is
credibility and publicity because more than ¾ of
the media are owned by electric industry
companies like GE Westinghouse who will lose
billions if Lee is successful.

What does Lee have to offer ?
A motor/generator system that is able to use the
potential energy stored in very powerful
permanent magnets. (The US Navy is building a new
class of warship using this principle.) This
process burns nothing, is clean, quiet and safe.
This picture shows the internals of the home
system. It is sized at 30kW output, enough for 15
all electric homes. 2kW would power the resident
location and 28kW would be sold to the local
power company.
The plan is to eventually have 16 million of
these systems installed on private homes across
North America and to obsolete coal, oil and
nuclear powered power plants a highly
distributed system vs. centralized plants.

What does Lee have to prove his invention can
perform ?
Lee has staged more than 100 public shows
demonstrating the motor and then the generator
part of his system over the last 7 years. Prior
to that he petitioned every member of congress
and senate in 1996 to come to a public
demonstration of an earlier generation of his
free energy technology. He proved to them that
he had a working model of a machine that could
produce no-cost electricity. Lee essentially gave
them an ultimatum, that congress must deregulate
electricity by July of that same year or he would
deregulate it for them. They obviously believed
him because on July 19 1996 congress passed the
law that does just that. Lee agreed to adapt his
technology to the current infrastructure to
minimize the economic impact as his technology is
rolled out. Lee has made a statement revising

What is the plan ?
Lee intends to couple his motor, which puts out 5
times more energy than it takes to run it, with a
100 efficient generator. He has sized the unit
at 30kW, the size of most power pole
transformers and which is enough to supply 10 to
15 average all electric homes with power. Lee
intends to place these units on 16 million homes
all across America and give the homeowner of
those locations FREE electricity as long as he
can sell the excess power back to local power
distributors. I am registering people, churches
and non-profits groups who would like to be a
part of this revolution. We need 1.6 million
witnesses to view 100 simultaneous stadium
events where Lee will demonstrate this machine
and several other technologies for various needs
in society. Churches and Groups who help us
gather witnesses will directly share in the
profit created as electricity is sold.

happen unless the People of GOD rise up in faith

this grant costs the church absolutely nothing,
provides all the members of your church with a
Free Energy Program registration and makes an
agreement with your ministry to return all of
Dennis Lees profit, that would be generated from
the sale of electricity, back to your ministry !
The only requirement for the use of those funds
is that at least 50 go for restoring morality in
America or to preach the Gospel around the world.

April 2006 Update
Updated 04/21/06
Pastor, a lot of water has passed under the
bridge since I last updated this presentation.
Dennis Lee has done the Enlightenment Tour for
all churches willing to listen and he has just
finished the Technology Tour for the general
public in April 2006. The bottom line is that
people in general and the Church just wont
believe him. We just received the final tally
that we only have 554,000 Witnesses
registered. Consequently, Lee has stated that if
UCSA and Kings Priests does not succeed in
gathering the remaining Witnesses by May 1 2007,
that will be the end of the Stadium Event
Program, Plan A. Lee has said that he will be
focusing his personal efforts until that time on
working with committed pastors through the
Kingdom Grant Program and on developing Plan
B. (This is the statement mentioned on slide
6) I do not have any details on what Plan B
is, but I know it will be devastating for the US
economy. All those who are registered Witnesses
will still be protected and blessed but the
general public will suffer greatly.
