Expanded Food Nutrition Education Program
(EFNEP)
  • Teaches low-income audiences how to improve their
    dietary practices and become more effective
    managers of available resources.
  • Must include programming to reach two primary
    audiences low-income adults with young children
    and low-income youth.

2005 ND EFNEP Results 81 showed improvement
in food resource management practices
85 showed improvement in nutrition practices
58 showed improvement in food safety practices
