Reminder 7 NEW Expenditure Reports
Released July 6, 2006

Transitioning to the New EXP Reports
  • We must retire the old EXP reports
  • Why?
  • The new reports have been redesigned with end
users to improve overall usability (i.e. standard
    search prompts, data downloads)
  • The new reports provide new capabilities
    including drill-down
  • Data updates on the old EXP reports are limited
    to once a week
  • The underlying data tables for the old EXP
reports are time consuming and expensive to
    maintain
  • When?
  • The old EXP reports are scheduled to retire on
    January 31, 2007
