  classic Murano (Italy) Glass blowing techniques

  is hand blown by Robert and his team in our state
  of the art facility in Redmond Washington. From
  concept to completion, Robert designs and
  installs all of his work. Critiqued as some of
  the highest quality Art Glass produced in NA,

  my clients expectation while staying true to my
  vision as an Artist.

• An unparalleled passion for Art Glass and detail,
  each custom chandelier component is hand blown
  and hand inspected before shipment. From concept
  to installation Robert designs and creates the
  glass to the highest quality standards.

Quality Assurance

• Once your Art Glass arrives at the installation
  site, each piece is inspected again by Robert and
  his installation team. Each Chandelier component
  is individually hand strung with stainless steel
  surgical wire to the custom armature, again
  designed by the Artist.

Project Process

• If the preliminary budget is approved Kaindl
  Glass Art will provide a formal proposal.
  Including Design of Chandelier and Steel
  armature, labor, materials, packaging and
  shipping, installation site agreement and terms,
  contractor data check list, approval process
  worksheets, art glass inspection stop gates,
  maintenance training overview and travel expenses.

• Contract Payment Terms
• Once all parties have agreed upon the proposed
  scope and have approved budget, time line, Kaindl
  Glass Art will forward a contract for review.
  This includes all sales terms and payment
  agreement. We require 50 of total budget to
  begin production.

• Estimated Production 4-6 months
• Kaindl Glass Art is responsible for providing an
  installation time line once we have received
  client approval including chandelier rendering,
  chandelier components and color. We will require
  time lines from both your design/contractors and
  electricians. Production includes design,
  production, inspection, and packaging.

Installation and Maintenance

• Robert is extremely involved in all aspects,
  including working with your local electrical
  technicians and lighting design team for both
  internal and external lighting. We utilize low
  wattage internal lighting with built in
  redundancy.

Installation and Maintenance

• One of the benefits of redundant lighting systems
  is that it extends the performance of the system.
  All of Roberts Chandeliers are designed with a
  concealed access to allow for easy maintenance.

• We offer maintenance training/instruction and
  recommend that no less than three local
  individuals be required to undergo training.
  This ensures that there will always be someone
  trained to train and instruct others.
