• If Maslows theory holds, there are some
  important leadership implications to enhance
  workplace or school place motivation.
• 1. School is your job. Come up with some
  motivational opportunities for students here at
  Blalack. What do you feel would help motivate
  students to do better in their classes (job), not
  get in trouble (fired), respect the teachers
  (boss) and school grounds more (workplace)?
• 2. Write a letter to Dr. Black addressing all the
  motivational strategies you came up with on the
  chart. The letter is in sentence format.
