  • Contract is between the Council and Kier.
  • Sheffield Homes operational client for housing
    activity.
  • 10 years, 700m largest awarded by a UK
    Authority to date

Beyond simple client /contractor model

    established in 2003 - 2007 was about making a

    were delivered. New Plan 2008 - 2013 now agreed

    targeted social inclusion groups

    that it was a core commercial consideration
