    TPM systems by practical on-site support
  • To share external audit findings
  • To help deliver measureable business improvement

TPM Network structure
  • Facilitated by SMMT-IF
  • Network of up to 10 companies
  • Attendance at 1 day awareness workshop for senior
    managers
  • One day TPM audit in participating companies
  • Series of 1 day workshops for team leaders /
    production operators
  • Intense four day off the job training programme
    for TPM champions
  • Quarterly network meetings to share best practice
    and issues
  • Up to 5 days hands on support to respond to
    issues raised in the audit (training / support /
    development)
  • Each company will have a dedicated SMMT-IF
    contact point

Costs
  • Cost per company for programme would normally be
    circa 11,000 ...... but in this programme
  • To join network one off payment at the start of
    the programme
  • 2000 for Large company (gt 250 employees)
  • 1000 for Small company (lt 250 employees)
  • Remaining costs covered by NAA

  • Complete expression of interest today
  • NAA will contact to guide through formal
    enrolment process
  • Schedule audit
  • Senior Management Awareness workshop will be
    scheduled in June date to be advised
  • Other workshops will be scheduled throughout
    2009/10
