• Quick Write/Sketch - (write the date!)
• View the following images by sculptor Constantin
  Brancusi. He was a sculptor who reduced his
  subject matter down to the simplest of elements
  -- trying to capture only their essential form or
  movement.
• Think of something in your surroundings or in
  nature which you can simplify down to simple
  elements.
• What is that object? What shapes or forms are
  essential to that thing?
• Draw it using Constantin Brancusis style of
  work as a guide.

• Cinema Self Movie Proposal
• Thumbnail drawings (completed!)
• Revised, typed movie summary
• Self Review of Movie Poster project - remember to
  discuss the elements and principles of ART!

Movie Summary

• Read through the sample movie summaries on the
  web.
• Write a 1/2 to 1 page movie summary - must be
  typed. You can use MicroSoft Word and print it
  out here.
• Your movie summary should be in the following
  format
• 1 margins all the way around, double-spaced
• Give a plot summary that leaves the audience with
  a cliff hanger. HINT - do not give us the
  ending - give your potential viewers a reason to
  want to see it!
• Include the main character(s) names and the star
  name(s) within the text
• Explain the premise and the main conflict or
  action of the film
