Catering Uploading money onto your account

The Cashless Catering start date is now Monday
20th October Until then, you should pay for your
meals in the normal way

• There are 3 ways to put money onto your account
• By putting cash in the revaluation units located
  outside Café 2000 and in Chalfonts Café - THE
  MONEY WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU THAT DAY
• By posting a cheque into the cheque box outside
  Joe Harveys office. Make sure that your name
  and class are on the back of your cheque. There
  are 2 boxes here, the one you need to use is the
  bottom one which is clearly labelled IF YOU
  POST A CHEQUE BEFORE THE START OF COLLEGE, THE
  FUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU THAT DAY
• Using ParentPay details of this will be posted
  to your house soon

THE REVALUATION UNITS There are 3 of these 2
outside Café 2000 and 1 in Chalfonts Café, which
look like this

When you approach a revaluation unit, the screen
will say use correct finger that is the
finger you registered i.e. the index finger of
the right hand

STEP 1 Place your finger on the reader until your
name and balance is displayed

• PAYING FOR YOUR MEALS
• The readers at the till are the same as those on
  the revaluation units
• Place your finger on the reader at the till
• A display screen will show your name and balance
• The till operator will entered your food items,
  while the amount spent and your new balance is
  shown on the display

You can put money on your account now BUT any
money you deposit cannot be spent in the cafés
until the start date
