Funcionality

• XCAP directory is a XCAP application that allows
  an XCAP client to retrieve its directory of
  XCAP-manipulatable XML documents from an XCAP
  server.
• XCAP directory is to XCAP what ls is to Unix.

Issues

• Issue 1 do we need this functionality?
• Issue 2 how should it be documented
• There is some overlapping with the rls-services
  document.

  which directory of documents is returned
