Institutional support
- Steering Committee to ensure effective
coordination and reporting to Council - Implementation Coordination Committee to
implement the policy framework and guide the work
of the implementation team - Central Transit Corridor Committee to handle all
transit aspects of the strategy - Public Advisory Committee to gather the publics
input into the implementation process and provide
advice to the other committees

- City urban line is expended to allow for urban
growth - Wastewater master plan for the region is updated
- Improved land use, including environmentally
sensitive areas
