20General Testing Guidelines
- Test Administrators must read directions EXACTLY
as written - Copy machines must be removed from all testing
rooms - All printers/scanners must be disabled or removed
- Any educational visuals must be removed or
covered - Students must not bring cell phones or pagers
into testing room nor teachers. SEE CELL PHONE
POLICY
21General Testing Guidelines
- One proctor and one administrator are required
for each AHSGE administration - Proctors are NOT REQUIRED for other state
assessments. - No relative of a student may serve as TA or
Proctor for that student - Students MAY write in AHSGE book but MAY NOT
write in ARMT/SAT-10 - All students are identified with State ID number
- Test administrators CAN NOT write the beginning
and ending times on the board
22General Testing Guidelines
- Students are NOT ALLOWED to eat, drink or chew
gum while taking the test - For transcription accommodations, two certified
individuals must transcribe - Late students must be admitted to the test center
at the scheduled break or sooner if testing has
not begun. - Students who leave the test center must be
accompanied by the proctor. If the test is
timed, they should be given the missed time to
finish testing.
