• 1918 Nebraska farmer W.F. Crozier bought a
  Minneapolis Ford B tractor.
• Tractor didnt live up to manufacturers claims.
• Crozier teamed with State Senator Charles Warner
  to pass the Nebraska Tractor Test Law.
• Tractors must be tested
• Repair parts warehouse must be stocked.
• 1920 First NTT conducted
