• Greet and seat guests if no host is available
• Greet guests at table, offer beverages and take
  order
• Maintain the table by clearing any used dishes
  and refilling beverages
• Clean and reset table with water glasses and
  cutlery
• Perform opening and closing duties for restaurant

Critical Events

• The Casino Celebrated its 14th Birthday
• I met some Winnipeg Blue Bombers during a season
  opening banquet
• The power went down in half of the Casino while I
  was working meaning the gaming floor and alcohol
  service was shut down briefly

Conclusion

• Working at the Casino this summer was a great
  experience where I learnt lots about serving and
  the general running of a large capacity dining
  room. I also got to serve in the Jaguars dance
  lounge and in a concert setting.
