Finnish National Polytechnic Network for East
and Southeast Asia Virtual Asian Studies
Programme 15 ECTS Implemented through separate
project funding from the Ministry of Education.
Courses are availabe to all polytechnics through
the e-production environment of the Virtual
Polytechnic - Orientation to East and
Southeast Asia , 5 ECTS credits - Health
Care and Social Services in China, Japan
and Thailand, 5 ECTS credits - Asian
Tourism and Service Culture, 5 ECTS credits

  Guangzhou
• Background Organisation and Principles
• Invitations from individual polytechnics (10
  15 annually)
• Same exams for participating polytechnics
• Exams designed in co-operation with

• Venues and Identity Checks by British Council
• Representatives of the Asia Network assist in
  invigilation and
• organise group discussions
• Order of priority decided by the applicant if
  he/she has received
