Turtle Eggs
  • Turtle eggs have many natural predators .In many
    countries, turtles eggs are considered a
    delicately and the eggs become the victim of nest
    poaching by humans. Besides humans, many animals
    pose a threat to turtle eggs, and they are also
    dependent upon fair weather for their incubation
    period.

  • Sea turtle regularly nest on beaches within the
    U.S. and all depend upon the U.S. coastal waters
    for foraging and migratory habitat during certain
    stages of their life history.

    have scales and a bony shell. they are cold
    blooded, and lay their eggs on land. Sea turtles
    are long-lived, although scientist are uncertain
    how long they live because there is no known way
    to determine their age. Sea turtles live almost
    all there life in water.

    the U.S waters or that nest on U.S. beaches, all
    are designed as either threatened or endangered
    under the Endangered Species Act.

    endangered, and if turtle conversation and
    protection does not improve certain species will
    become extinct . People are their greatest threat.
