• Payments within MICEX SHs LORO-network are
  effected in real-time mode
• Currently 467 Russian FIs and foreign banks
  subsidiaries are keeping their RUB bank accounts
  with MICEX SH

Operational advantages

• MICEX SH is direct participant of BESP system.
  In April 2009 daily average turnover of MICEX
  SHs correspondent account with the Bank of
  Russia for transactions with use of BESP system
  amounted to 109 bln. Rubles (3,3 bln. US
  Dollars)
• On the basis of co-operation between MICEX and
  ICAP, non-Russian banks, accessing MICEX/EBS,
  are offered to open RUB correspondent accounts
  with MICEX SH to be primary used for RUB
  settlements under MICEX/EBS trades , where MICEX
  SH will provide simple RUB settlement instruction
  input and organize STP
