Issues Raised

• Proposed Decentralisation of heating system ,
  Design completed , Precontract Meetings today
  commencement 10th May 2004, completion w/b 20th
  September 2004.
• Heating Switched off today 29th April 2004
  enforced.
• Proposed Replacement of 11Kv High Voltage Switch
  gear , design in progress, planning and
  programme to be agreed, electricity shut down
  for whole site. Subject to funding being
  allocated.
• Condition Survey updated by Drake and Kannaymer
  March 2004 completed
• Estates Management information to OST completed
  31st March 2004.
• Estates Strategy for DL nearing completion
  part printed - May 2004
