  • SeaPort-e Multiple Award Contract (MAC)
  • Five-Year Base ordering period w/Five-Year Award

    Professional Support Services across 22
    functional service areas
  • Allows for small business set-asides (restricted
    competition)
  • Task Order competitions may be restricted to
    small businesses and certain small business
    sub-categories (HUBZone, SDVOSB)

    solicitation release

  • SeaPort-e policy requires ALL Task Orders be

  • Task Order period of performance can not exceed 5
    years in length

    conducted by NSWC Dahlgren
  • Contractors interested in becoming Prime MAC
    holders in SeaPort-e have the opportunity to
    submit proposals during periodic Rolling
    Admissions procurements
  • The most recent Rolling Admissions procurement
    just concluded
  • The next Rolling Admissions is not planned until
    FY10
  • A Rolling Admissions period specifically for 8(a)
    firms may occur prior to FY10
