ASAS-TN2 objective
To accelerate the implementation of ASAS
applications in European Airspace, taking into
account global applicability, in order to
increase airspace capacity and safety.

Key issues for this workshop

• What can we learn from the military?
• By 2020 UAVs will require access to all
  airspace.
• Will this be the incentive for sense and avoid?
• We must explore the ASAS HF issues
• Package 2 and beyond
• The need to agree ADS-B standards
• Position ASAS correctly into SESAR
