• Access to quality healthcare is a tremendous
  problem for thousands of residents in Central
  Florida
• 2-1-1 is a new public utility providing simple
  and free access to information and referrals to
  health and human resources for local residents in
  need of these services
• 2-1-1 maintains a database of over 2000 programs
  in the Community Resource Directory
• 99 of callers get their needs met
• United Way funded
