    education.

  • A site which the local chapter of The 100 Black
    Men has a relationship
  • An elementary school
  • Must have the right principal
  • enthusiastically endorse the program concept
  • has a good working relationship with his/her
    staff and the community

Objectives
  • To implement an in-depth mentor training program
    for a core group of mentors consisting of the 100
    members who will also be advocates for school,
    parents and student.
  • To develop partnerships with agencies and
    institutions that add capacity for meeting
    program goals and objectives.
