Responsibilities Seniors Juniors

• Need to Register http//www.ncaaclearinghouse.net.
  Cost is 50
• Request to have College Counselor send your
  transcript to NCAA.
• Send SAT/ACT scores to NCAA each time you take
  the tests-use code 9999.
• Send SAT/ACT scores to your colleges each time
  you take tests.
• REMEMBER complete Amateur certificate at NCAA
  website before you graduate.
• Div 1, you need 16 Damien CORE courses for
  eligibility. Meet w/Grade Counselor for
  assistance. CORE Courses english, math, science,
  history, social sciences, and foreign language.
• Div 1 sliding scale of CORE GPA test scores.
  Div 2 SAT 820 (Read Math) ACT 68 with GPA of
  2.00 (2.00 is mandatory Div 1 and 2).
• REMEMBER have Damien send your final graduation
  transcript to BOTH NCAA and college of
  attendance.
