Matthew 935-38 When he saw the crowds, he had
compassion on them, because they were harassed
and helpless like sheep without a shepherd. Then
he said to his disciples, The harvest is
plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord
of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers
into his harvest field.

Who is responsible to raise up the next
generation of workers?
In cooperation with the Lord of the harvest, it
is the job of all of us.

We believe that part of our privilege as CMA
workers is to help raise up the next generation
of missionaries and pastors!
That means all of us!
Living the call together includes mobilizing
workers together!

do. Coach.like a copilot, like

-Be filled with the Holy Spirit.
-Pursue holiness and develop character.
-Embrace God's truth.
-Live a missional Life.
-Confirm their calling and character through

"The Call" is first to a Person.....
Mark 117-18
Come, follow me," Jesus said, "and I will make
you fishers of men." At once they left their
nets and followed him.
We need to be incarnational in ministry and
incarnational in coaching!

Rom 828-29 And we know that in all things God
works for the good of those who love him, who
have been called according to his purpose. For
those God foreknew he also predestined to be
conformed to the likeness of his Son.

 The Most Important Attribute of an emerging
leader, in need of coaching
Christ-like CHARACTER
Character is learned as life happens.
James 12-5 Consider it pure joy, my brothers,
whenever you face trials of many kinds, because
you know that the testing of your faith develops
perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work
so that you may be mature and complete, not
lacking anything.

character and calling...
And Encourage them forward through coaching.

• --Relational. They want community.

--Real. They want authentic community.
--Interested in Spiritual Formation as
process that is journey based.
--Non-Institutional and small group oriented
--Creative without need for perfection
