Coral Reef Clean Up
We are doing our technology project on cleaning
the coral reef. We researched what people are
doing to clean it up and the pros and cons of
cleaning it.

The advantages of the clean up is it is a
better place to live it can help stop
pollution less animals will die be more animals
and better places for them to live.
Pro's-Advantages

The disadvantages of not cleaning up the coral
reef is the water will be polluted and no one
can swim in it the animals will die and they
will not have a place to live
Con's - Disadvantages

Our Opinion
We think that cleaning the coral reef is a good
idea because it will preserve marine life. In
addition, it will be safer for us to swim and by
cleaning its good for the fish and us. Also its
good for the Ozone layer and for the air that we
breath. For example, on the Coral Reef Fact sheet
we found online it says that we could clean trash
on the beach so it will not travel to the reef
and kill coral.

Berlin-based eco. Carbon sponge developed in
Germany. This sponge is used to clean up oil
spills. Although it has only been tested with
small amounts of oil they believe it will work.
