Presidential Succession

• If the president can no longer fullfill his or
  her role the Constitution (amd) allows for him or
  her to be replaced.
• Pres. Succ. Act 1947VP, Speaker, Pro Tem, SOS,
  SOT
• 25 amd. 1967establishes that the VP becomes
  president
• Its happened 8 times

Presidential disability

• If the president cannot perform his duties for a
  period of time he can be removed.
• He informs congress in writing
• The VP and majority of Cabnit inform Congress
• The pres. Gets his job back when he informs
  congress that no inability exists
