Counselling and Guidance and Ability Testing

Between 1947-1950s social sciences were
forbidden or used for political issues.
Psychology and Sociology were cancelled as
independent disciplines. 1959. First ministerial
decree after the WWII. 1961. Set up a new
Institute of Psychology of Occupations and Career
Orientation led by János, Csirszka, Dr. 1971.
Build up the National System of Career
Counsellors, focused only on career orientation
of well-trained students 1982-88 System was
scattered 1991- National Employment Sytem was
launched, also private organisations set up
