- From the construction side there is no difference
between solution 1 and 2, - the manifold would be the same.
- Solution 3 doubles the number of manifolds
compared to solution 1 and 2. - Most flexible solution is number 3 !!!!
- Meeting October 11th 2004 at CERN
- -gt Miguel Santos will deliver information about
the flexible connection - between supply line and manifold on SM

Gas is delivered from RB 24 side 3 inlets diam.
6mm (one inlet per two layers) -gt 3 manifolds/SM
for gas inlet 1 common outlet -gt 1 manifold for
gas out On RB 26 only connection from layer to
layer (3x2)
