Customer Accomplishments PBS Met the majority
of its recruitment targets on the undergraduate
programmes. Human Resources Marketing
Management (HRMM) Successfully held National
Bullying in the Workplace conference. Relocation
of numerous members of academic staff to
Portland.

conference. 19/09/2005 - Meeting to discuss draft
strategic plan. 30/09/2005 - European Business
Program Induction.

ISO Accomplishments Installation of 104 new PCs
in Richmond LRC. Successful rollout of XP to all
Richmond LRC before deadline.
Future planned work and exposure to risks Week
beginning 26/09/2005 - Upgrading of identified
priority staff to XP causing limited
disruption. Week beginning 26/09/2005 Upgrading
of PBS teaching room to XP may cause limited
disruption. Upgrade all staff network printing to
iPrint

nts Helpdesk jobs building up due to teams
heavy involvement XP project, (Richard returning
from secondment to Helpdesk should help resolve
backlog).
