• A generation ago Ronald Reagan led an optimistic
  wave that was supply based and resulted in the
  longest bull market in our history
• Some of the elements of that vision have become
  stale, but its underlying values remain,
  supply-side strategies, new technologies, big
  picture thinking with equal big picture
  leadership, and an optimistic vision that can
  endure the difficult times required
