• Most e-pamphlets were sent out except
• 2 required further confirmation on non-spam mail
• 6 ccTLDs admin contacts are not working and
  re-sent to tech contact
• 6 ccTLDs admin and tech contacts are not working

• Arranged Ad hoc Board Meeting on 30th October for
  discussion on
• APTLD Sponsorship Program
• Wellington Technical Workshop/Meeting preparation

• Established three new mailing lists for new
  committees

• con-com_at_aptld.org (for Constitution Committee)
• membership-com_at_aptld.org (for Membership
  Committee)

After the Wellington Meeting

• To draft APTLD Board Election procedure before
  next KL AGM
• To organise APTLD KL AGM, and to prepare an
  on-ling meeting before KL AGM if required
• To continue consult with members regarding 2004
  APTLD membership fee
• To continue to collect 2003 membership fees

• To finalize 2004 work plan, meeting schedule and
  financial plan proposal for KL AGM meeting
• To assist Membership Committee on membership
  matters, and perform preliminarily qualification
  examine of new membership/observership
  application
