  • Emotional health is not related to physical
    health.
  • Once a person adopts values, they remain firmly
    fixed for a lifetime.
  • It is best to reject illogical or unpleasant
    feelings.
  • The most emotionally healthy people do not need
    the help of others they stand alone on their
    own two feet.
  • The primary problem people have in making new
    relationships is the fear of being rejected.
  • The best way to solve a problem is to think up a
    solution and to concentrate on making it work.
